Inputs all Workers Compensation patient information and case authorization information into the computer system.Contacts employer and/or insurer to obtain authorization to evaluate and treat the patient for workers compensation injury.Follows up as appropriate to complete or correct required information for Workers Compensation case policy for all new patients and returning patients.Receives all incoming calls, emails, and portal requests to schedule new and returning Workers Compensation patients. ![]() ![]() This is a Customer Service position that provides support for Workers Compensation product lines, including but not limited, the scheduling of all Workers Compensation appointments for new and existing patients.
